Qualifications

A minimum of GCSE/O level Mathematics and English or equivalent.
Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Able to work on own initiative without close supervision.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in the day-to-day running of the Materials Department.
Provide an effective and high-quality materials management service to internal customers.
Ensure stock availability through correct order processing and replenishment of pre-approved stock.
Maintain all departmental paperwork and files with accuracy and accessibility.
Comply with relevant mandatory training.
