Job summary

One Air seeks a Materials Controller to support procurement for our growing aircraft fleet, including B747-400F and B777F. The role entails end-to-end logistics, maintaining stock for 24-hour Maintenance Control Centre, and close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

The candidate will have at least 3 years in aviation procurement, strong vendor negotiation skills, and experience with AMOS or equivalent MMIS. Hybrid work from HQ in Hampton Wick, occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in aviation.
• Knowledge of European/International regs: CAA/FAA/EASA/ADR/IATA etc.
• Experience with AMOS or similar Maintenance Management System is essential.

Responsibilities

• Procure aircraft and related goods; document per laws and policy.
• Manage AOG situations promptly and effectively.
• Negotiate with vendors for best value.
• Monitor and expeditie Purchase Orders and deliveries.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams on forecasts and demand.
• Support logistics and export/import compliance; coordinate with MCC.
