Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Material Controller in Maidstone, Kent. The role involves coordinating material flow between warehouse and production, ensuring availability of parts, and using computer systems to locate items. Shifts are Monday to Friday with a 6:00am–2:00pm start and a pay of £13.45 per hour, with potential increases based on performance.

Driving is required due to location. This temporary role starts ASAP and offers ongoing employment opportunities within a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Warehouse or production experience essential.
• Good computer skills and ability to search for/identify parts using a computer system.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to drive due to location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of materials between warehouse and production.
• Ensure production has correct materials and parts when needed.
• Use computer systems to locate and identify parts.
• Check and organise materials for production.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to keep production running smoothly.
