Birmingham City Football Club is seeking a friendly Matchday Ticket Staff member to support our ticketing team on matchdays at the St. Andrew’s Stadium.
You will assist supporters with ticket sales (home/away/season tickets), answer enquiries by phone, email and in person, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Matchday Ticket Staff member, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless experience, helping fans secure their tickets, answering enquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service from the moment they engage with the Club.
Whether you're assisting supporters over the phone, via email, or face-to-face at the Ticket Office, you'll be part of a team that puts people first and helps create unforgettable matchday experiences.
