Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our matchday team as a Matchday Steward for the 2026/27 season at American Express Stadium, Brighton.

No prior qualifications or experience are required as full training is provided ahead of your first matchday; you must be 18 or older and ready to work all home fixtures.

You will help keep fans safe and create a welcoming, memorable matchday experience in a fast-paced environment.

Role: Matchday Steward

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Hours: To work all home matches for the 2026/27 season

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton

Contract Type: Worker agreement

Deadline Day: 21st August 2026

Interview date: Tuesday 1st September

Training dates: w/c 7th September

You don't need to hold any qualifications or have any previous experience as full training will be provided ahead of your first matchday. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be 18 years or older.
