Job summary

West Bromwich Albion FC is inviting applications for a Retail Store Assistant (matchday casual) to join our retail team on a casual basis.

You will help deliver a positive in-store experience, assist customers with merchandise information, maintain high store standards, and support merchandising, stock checks and cash handling on evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.

This role requires safeguarding checks including an Enhanced DBS and Right to Work in the UK prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Casual matchday retail experience a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive in-store experience and assist customers with merchandise information.
• Maintain high store standards and contribute to merchandising and stock checks.
• Support on evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required and ensure accurate cash handling where applicable.
