Job summary

Crystal Palace Football Club is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our catering and events teams for matchdays at Selhurst Park. You will interact with fans, serve in bars and kiosks, handle orders, and maintain clean, well-stocked service areas.

Typical matchday shifts run 6–8 hours, mainly on Saturdays with some weekday evenings and Sundays. The role offers growth in a dynamic stadium environment with a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality or food service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Engaging and easy to talk to.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Set up kiosks and bars, stock and supplies.
• Welcome guests and take orders.
• Process payments on POS devices.
• Maintain counters and fridges with stock.
• Keep stock rooms tidy and organized.
• Assist back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Clean up after shifts and sanitize stands.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and follow policies.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures.
• Be flexible to cover other duties as required.
