Job summary

Crystal Palace Football Club is seeking a Logistics Operative to support matchdays and events at Selhurst Park. You will move, store and organise food, beverages, equipment and disposables to keep kiosks, bars and hospitality areas stocked and operational.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering, logistics, warehouse or customer-facing environments.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and matchdays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and store food, beverage and equipment deliveries.
• Ensure stock is rotated and stored per procedures.
• Support stock counts and stock reconciliation.
• Report shortages, damages and discrepancies to management.
• Maintain accurate stock records.
• Prepare kiosks, bars and catering areas for operation.
• Distribute stock throughout the stadium.
• Support premium areas and event spaces with operational requirements.
• Ensure units are replenished efficiently during service.
• Respond to operational requests during matchdays and events.
• Maintain cellar areas to a high standard.
• Follow Health & Safety, Food Safety, COSHH and manual handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness across operational areas.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards and incidents promptly.
• Work with Stock Controller and management to meet requirements.
