Aramark UK is recruiting Match Day Chefs for Cardiff, CF10 2FP. You will work across multiple catering outlets on match days and major events, preparing and presenting high-quality food to guests and attendees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a chef role within hospitality, events, or catering
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard in line with menu specifications
• Support the delivery of hospitality, retail, and event catering services
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Ensure food is prepared and served within agreed timescales
• Work collaboratively with kitchen teams during busy service periods
• Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and waste management
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
• Support senior chefs with event preparation and service delivery
