Job summary

A well-established dealership in Gravesend is recruiting for a Senior Vehicle Technician. The role offers a competitive salary from £37,000 up to £58,000, with a guaranteed £46,000 in the first three months.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a dealership or reputable garage.
• Full UK driving licence.
• MOT Tester qualification preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proactive with attention to detail.
• Experience as Senior or Diagnostic Vehicle Technician desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Carry out routine maintenance, including servicing and safety checks.
• Complete accurate documentation of work performed.
• Support the workshop team to meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow warranty and safety procedures diligently.
• Aim for Master Technician accreditation with the franchise.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
