Job description

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Master Vehicle Technician to join our team at Derby Audi.

As a Sytner Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the Aftersales Manager and Workshop Controller, guiding other technicians and apprentices.
2. Carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnosis, and repairs.
3. Communicating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
4. Occasionally speaking with customers to provide technical advice.
5. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
6. Providing exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and referrals.
7. Maintaining good housekeeping and organized administration of your work.
