Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd, on behalf of a reputable automotive dealership in Chelmsford, is seeking an experienced LCV Master Technician to join a well-established team delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will diagnose, repair and maintain light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to a strong workshop culture with regular hours and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Master Technician, ideally with light commercial vehicles.
• Relevant qualifications in motor vehicle engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
• Managing vehicle repairs from diagnosis through to completion.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of repair work carried out.
• Supporting and mentoring junior technicians with technical advice when needed.

Duties of the LCV Master Technician:
