The role:

As a skilled technician, you will join a team supporting one of our popular brands in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, no specific brand experience required. Regular training updates will be available through manufacturer programs and the Marshall Academy.

Who you are:

• Experienced Master Technician with the ability to work efficiently
• Team-player familiar with set processes and procedures
• Qualified Vehicle Technician, ideally Level 4 (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent), Level 3 considered
• Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential; training provided
• Motivated, organized, and safety-conscious
• Comfortable using iPad software

What you’ll do:

• Service and maintain vehicles across the brand
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
• Perform MOT testing if qualified
• Complete job cards and electronic write-ups
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
• Support Apprentice Technicians
• Contribute to process improvements
