Job Title: Master Technician - Skoda Dartford

Location: Skoda Dartford, UK

Salary: £44,112 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI Bonus

Hours: 45 hours per week, with weekends on rota

The Role: Join our team as a skilled technician supporting our brand in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training provided, no specific brand experience required. Ongoing training through manufacturer programs and Marshall Academy.

Who You Are: Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with industry-recognized qualifications (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered). Ability to perform MOTs is desirable but not essential. Motivated, organized, team player, tech-savvy with iPad skills, committed to health and safety.

Responsibilities: Conduct vehicle servicing and maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic faults, perform MOTs if qualified, complete electronic job cards and health checks, support apprentices, contribute to process improvements.
