Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Master Technician at a prestige main dealership in Hersham, England. The role requires Level 2/3 Vehicle Technician qualifications with dealership or garage experience and MOT training.

You will perform maintenance, servicing and diagnostics on motor vehicles, with a 40-hour week and occasional Saturday mornings. Strong base salary with productivity bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or City & Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance
• Experience in a car dealership or independent garage
• Completed MOT tester course (class 1,2,4 or 7)
• Experience on commercial vehicles/LCV and cars
• Hybr id / EV trained preferred or training provided

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
• Carry out work completely and effectively as Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic

Master Technician - Prestige Main Dealership (VCA-343376-1)

Location Hersham, England Sector Automotive Salary £56,000.00 per annum

Master Technician - Hersham If you're a Level 2 qualified/Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician, with experience in car servicing, maintenance and diagnostics, we would love to speak to you!

• OTE up to £55,480 (Uncapped)
• £46,000 basic depending on qualifications, plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and Time Saved Bonus Scheme
• Hours:40 hours between Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role are:

• Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/ City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City & Guilds Automotive
• Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/ car supermarket
• Completed your MOT tester course class 1, 2, 4 or 7
• Experience of working on commercial vehicles/ LCV / cars
• Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
