Job summary

Motorvogue Group is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose faults, perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs across a range of vehicles. You will work to maximise first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.

You must be Hyundai or Kia trained with a relevant formal qualification and hold a valid driving licence. The role requires teamwork, targets, and a strong technical mindset.

MASTER TECHNICIAN

Our Master Technicians play a pivotal role in ensuring a first time fix culture to maximise our customer satisfaction and experience, reducing operating costs for our dealerships. Primarily the Master Technician is the dealership technical expert whose role is to interpret and diagnose faults and assist colleagues where necessary.

Hyundai or Kia trained, you will possess a relevant formal qualification as a minimum requirement for this role. You will be a great team player, and have the ability to work to and achieve targets and objectives. A full driving licence is essential for this role.

You will be able to:

• Utilise your technical knowledge to perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on many types of vehicles to the highest quality using manufacturer equipment.
• Maintain company and brand standards and adhere to time constraints.
• Communicate issues to the front of house team
• Carry out MOTs
• Work on electrical and mechanical systems
