Master Technician
Sittingbourne
£44,800 Basic, £52k OTE
45-Hour Work Week

Our franchised main dealer client in Sittingbourne is looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality technical and diagnostic services to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
2. Mentor and oversee the technical team in the service department.
3. Maintain and enhance technical expertise, ensuring compliance with manufacturer training requirements.
4. Adhere to company and manufacturer quality standards.
5. Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check procedures.

Required Experience & Skills:

1. Full UK driving license.
2. Experience in inspecting, repairing, and servicing motor vehicles.
3. Previous experience or qualifications as a senior technician or master technician.
4. MOT Tester qualification is a strong advantage.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Prior experience in a franchised dealership environment.
