ACS Automotive is hiring a Master Vehicle Technician for the Romford area. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics, servicing, fault finding and high-quality repairs within a franchised main dealership environment.

You will benefit from ongoing manufacturer training, 40-hour weeks, and a competitive base salary with a performance bonus. A full UK driving licence and a strong technical background are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in vehicle diagnostics, servicing and repairs.
• Experience as a Master Technician or similar level.
• Full UK driving licence and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced diagnostics, fault finding and repairs.
• Complete servicing, inspections and mechanical repairs to a high standard.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Keep up to date with manufacturer training and procedures.
• Complete vehicle health checks accurately and thoroughly.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealer quality standards.
• Work closely with the workshop team to maintain productivity and customer satisfaction.

Master Vehicle Technician – Romford

£41,021 Basic Salary + Performance-Related Bonus

Romford, Essex

Permanent / Full Time – 40 Hours per Week

We're looking for an experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join a busy franchised main dealership in the Romford area.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled Technician who enjoys getting stuck into more complex diagnostic work, knows their way around modern vehicle systems and takes pride in doing the job properly.

You'll be joining an established aftersales team, working on a variety of servicing, repairs and fault-finding jobs, with ongoing manufacturer training to keep your skills up to date.

The Role

As a Master Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Carrying out advanced diagnostics, fault finding and repairs
• Completing servicing, inspections and general mechanical repairs to a high standard
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Keeping up to date with manufacturer training and technical procedures
• Completing vehicle health checks accurately and thoroughly
• Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards
• Working closely with the workshop team to maintain productivity and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in vehicle diagnostics, servicing and repairs
• Experience working as a Master Technician or at a similar technical level
• A full UK driving licence
• Good communication skills and a professional approach to your work
• Previous franchised dealership experience would be an advantage, although not essential
• MOT Tester qualification would be beneficial but isn't essential
