Master Technician, Romford(RM3) Mon – Fri + 1-in-4 Sat mornings on rota £45,572pa + uncapped bonus.
Top Master Technicians are earning on average £12,000 on top of their basic.

What you’ll be doing:
· Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals
· Ensuring that all work meets quality standards
· Maintaining thorough and up-to-date technical knowledge of our product portfolio
· Carrying out, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to the highest standards
· Communicating with the Service Advisors and Workshop Control
· Speaking with customers on occasion to provide expert knowledge and technical opinion
What you’ll have:
A City & Guilds or NVQ level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualifications, Master Technician accreditation (any brand / manufacturer) and be fully equipped with own tools and hold a full UK Driver’s license. If you have previous Technical Expert / Co-Tech experience with Renault, Nissan or Dacia, this would be desirable although we are able to provide dedicated fast-track courses for a Master or Gold-level Technician moving brands.
