• MOT license preferred but not essential.

Vertu Renault Van Centre Plymouth

Join our team at Vertu Renault Van Centre Plymouth and become a valued Master Technician.

We are offering a basic salary between £37,600 - £47,780 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 42-hour working week and an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

We Are Also Offering

• A £100 sign-on bonus (paid in month 1) and a £1000 retention bonus (paid in month 13)
• No weekend working

Your role as a Master Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. As a Master Technician, you will be the expert in diagnosis, servicing, and repair work on customer vehicles. You will use your technical knowledge and skills to ensure efficiency and quality, liaising with service advisors, customers, and senior management to ensure excellent customer service. You will also assist in mentoring apprentice technicians. Our core values include quality workmanship and first-time fixes.

To be successful, you should have:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• MOT license preferred but not essential
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
