Master Technician

Location: Northampton

Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 basic plus bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm with no weekends or bank holidays

My client is recruiting for an experienced Master Technician for their site in Northampton. They are part of a family-run business with a fantastic reputation.

This role involves the most complex technical work, including diagnostics, transmission and engine rebuilds, and major engine work. Ideally, you will be fully accredited as a Master Technician for a particular brand or multiple brands, or be a senior diagnostic accredited technician. You must be fully capable of completing diagnostic work, adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes, working as part of a team, and demonstrating high attention to detail.

The right individual must be confident, professional, efficient, and able to deliver a first-time fix.

Master Technician requirements:

• Ideally accredited as a Master Technician, but not essential; candidates must demonstrate strong diagnostic skills if not
• Fully qualified in Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance with at least five years of full-time, professional experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Full UK driving licence
