Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00, with 1 in 3 Saturdays

Salary: £38,000-£45,000, with OTE up to £61,000

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring the Workshop Team, offering technical guidance and support.
• Advising on work priorities and promoting efficient, high-quality practices.
• Becoming a subject matter expert in your area through effective use of tools and resources.
• Driving a culture of quality and first-time fixes.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with quality standards.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
