Yeomans SEAT and CUPRA Exeter is looking for a Master Technician to join their team. As a Vehicle Master Technician at Yeomans, you will be at the forefront of automotive excellence. Key Responsibilities

Diagnostic Proficiency: Utilise your extensive experience to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues. Employ advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific tools to ensure accuracy.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest automotive technology and industry advancements. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Customer Interaction: Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing clear explanations of repair needs and delivering accurate cost estimates. Your professionalism and exceptional communication skills will contribute to our high levels of customer satisfaction.

Leadership and Mentorship: Take on a leadership role within the service department, offering guidance and mentorship to junior technicians. Lead by example and uphold our commitment to quality.

Qualifications
