Arden Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Master Technician. We are offering a £2,500 sign-on bonus!

OTEs of £65,000 to 70,000 - 40 hours a week.

Jardine Motors Group is seeking highly skilled and motivated Vehicle Technicians to join our team at the Tunbridge Wells BMW/MINI Dealership. As a Master Technician, you will ensure the highest level of service and repair for BMW and MINI vehicles efficiently and promptly.

We provide all necessary tools, training, and development opportunities to help you succeed. Our environment is dynamic and supportive, where your role is vital to our success. The position offers a competitive basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, with OTEs around £70,000 and a target initial threshold at 45%.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday with a Saturday rota, paid as overtime.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience within a main dealer is desirable but not essential.
• Master Technician accreditation or equivalent.
• Ability to perform assigned work efficiently, adhering to company and manufacturer standards.
• Ability to advise the Workshop Supervisor on additional work and seek approval for fault rectification.
• Commitment to maintaining high competence through training, courses, and technical reading.
• Good communication skills to discuss vehicle issues with customers.
• Professionalism and quality service in customer interactions.
• Operate equipment safely and assist in improving work methods.
