Mars, Incorporated UK Castle Cary hub is hiring a Master Data Controller & ERP Key User on a 12-month fixed-term contract, hybrid working. You will maintain end-to-end master data across major European customers and act as the Navision ERP Key User, supporting daily operations and system improvements.

Ideally you bring experience with ERP systems (Navision/SAP/Oracle), master data management, EDI, advanced Excel, and fluent English. French is a plus as the role collaborates across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Master Data, or Operations role, ideally within an FMCG environment.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, preferably as a Key User or Super User.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and aligned master data across customer and internal systems, ensuring uninterrupted order processing and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with key European customers to manage product catalogues, pricing, logistics parameters, and promotional data.
• Lead master data activities for new product launches, product changes, and lifecycle management to ensure seamless market introduction.
• Act as the Navision ERP Key User, providing first-line support, troubleshooting system issues, and driving continuous system improvement.
• Manage EDI integrations and system interfaces, resolving data transmission issues and ensuring effective communication with customers and partners.
• Coordinate system testing, upgrades, and enhancement projects while representing the business within the European ERP Key User community.
