About this role:

Just Eat Takeaway.com is expanding its talented finance team and we're seeking a dynamic Master Data Analyst with a strong focus on AI and process automation. You'll maintain our financial master data integrity while pioneering AI solutions, especially for JIRA ticket processing.
This role is key to enhancing efficiency and data accuracy through innovative technology. You will become an AI & JIRA Champion, transforming how our finance team operates.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Manage finance master data support tickets, developing and deploying AI agents to automate categorization, routing, and initial responses.
• Design, implement, monitor, and refine agentic AI solutions for JIRA ticket processing and other finance master data workflows.
• Ensure master data standards and governance, proactively identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Controlling, IT) to manage master data, resolve issues, and champion AI-based solutions.
• Develop into an AI & JIRA Champion, integrating AI tools with JIRA, optimizing finance processes, and supporting team members.

What will you bring to the table?

• A proven financial background with a solid understanding of financial data principles and practices.
• Strong interest and aptitude for AI technologies, including agentic AI, workflow automation, and prompt engineering; low-code/no-code AI platform experience is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday a significant advantage) and a proactive approach to learning new systems, JIRA, and AI tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to critically evaluate processes for automation potential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to explain technical AI concepts to diverse stakeholders and work effectively in a team.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
