Job summary

Nestlé Purina Master Data team in Crawley, UK is recruiting a Master Data Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will turn product data into a dependable foundation for commercial, supply chain and factory activity, coordinating end-to-end data setup and ensuring accurate information is available when needed.

Success depends on strong data quality controls, ERP data handling (SAP) and continuous improvement across markets and factories, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Master data: Experience of managing master data or product data within an operational environment.
• ERP capability: Practical knowledge of ERP systems, including the ability to manage and investigate data within SAP or a comparable platform.
• Data quality: Ability to apply data standards, governance and quality controls with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
• Problem solving: Demonstrated capability in analysing data or process issues, identifying root causes and coordinating effective resolution.
• Project delivery: Experience of contributing to projects, testing or process changes while maintaining business-as-usual delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operational delivery: Coordinate product and component master data across the lifecycle so assigned markets and factories receive accurate information when they need it.
• Data quality: Protect the integrity of product, recipe, bill of materials and publication data through effective controls, cleansing, audits and health checks.
• Customer enablement: Support reliable product information flows to internal teams, customers and relevant external agencies, helping information reach downstream channels accurately and on time.
• Continuous improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate data processes, improving speed, quality and efficiency across markets and factories.
• Problem solving: Bring together the right technical and business stakeholders to diagnose issues, agree actions and restore effective data flows.
• Project contribution: Represent Master Data in business and data projects, manage testing and delivery activities, and communicate progress, risks and support needs clearly.
