Job summary

HSB Technical Ltd is recruiting an experienced Master for Crew Transfer Vessels in the UK offshore wind sector. The role is permanent with a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation, based from various UK ports and supporting offshore wind farm operations.

Required are valid UK MCA Master 200GT or higher, STCW, ENG1, GMDSS GOC and a full UK driving license. Competitive salary with pension, travel and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• UK MCA Master 200GT CoC (Near Coastal) required.
• Experience as Master or Skipper on CTVs/workboats or similar vessels.
• Valid STCW certification.
• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate.
• GMDSS GOC is required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Take command and responsibility for safe vessel operation.
• Transport technicians, contractors and equipment to offshore wind farms.
• Navigate under COLREGS and MCA SMS compliance.
• Lead, manage and mentor onboard crew.
• Coordinate vessel transfers to offshore structures and maintenance.
