Rolls-Royce is recruiting a Mass Properties Engineer for our Defence UK team. The role focuses on mass properties management methods, processes and toolsets, ensuring fit-for-purpose deployment to support programme requirements.

You will collaborate with design and configuration teams, NPI and Mature Engine leads, and work in a 3D PLM environment across the product lifecycle, with hybrid working and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification or relevant working experience
• Technical knowledge in mass properties management with understanding of cross-discipline engineering
• Ability to apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking on technical problems and make balanced quality decisions across technical and business parameters
• Good communication skills and can interact with colleagues in a clear and concise manner
• Good stakeholder influencing skills with a focus on quality and data integrity

• Simplify and transform how we digitally manage mass property management of products and how we capture & manage functional engineering data
• Create mass property management tracking that satisfies all business requirements
• Prepare and maintain status accounts such as baselines and changes in line with change notice documents
• Specify, develop, implement and support tools to manage mass property data
