Job summary

Sky UK is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive solution architecture for a UK-and-I portfolio. Reporting to a Principal Solution Architect, you’ll work within Engineering Solutions as part of the UK&I CTO and engage across customer engagement, sales, commerce, finance, CRM, fulfilment, service and assurance.

You’ll break down initiatives into capability changes, simplify complex requirements into architectural guidance, and contribute to governance while shaping the architecture runway

Qualifications

• Proven ability to break down initiatives into capability-based changes.
• Skilled at simplifying complex requirements into clear architectural guidance.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams to align solutions.
• Expertise in CDP, analytics, decisioning and personalisation.
• Experience with the Adobe product suite is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise and system architecture to distil complexity into architectural guidance.
• Constructively challenge commercial and operational requirements and propose simpler, valuable alternatives.
• Role-model the capability-led approach to architecture and documentation in the team.
• Help to build the architecture runway for your portfolio aligned with objectives and strategy.
• Collaborate with peers to strive for technical excellence and strong delivery.
• Contribute to solution architecture governance and enterprise governance forums.
• Balance alignment with Group Architecture strategy with UK&I priorities.
