ETM Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Marlowe in London. You will lead floor operations, set service standards, and drive guest experiences in a premium dining environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Senior Floor Manager in premium hospitality.

Role Overview:

At ETM Group, being a Restaurant Manager is both a leadership role and a key part of delivering exceptional guest experiences within premium hospitality. Across our ETM Collection venues - from rooftop restaurants to refined dining spaces - our Restaurant Managers lead from the floor, creating memorable dining experiences through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Working closely with the senior management team, you will oversee floor operations, support commercial performance, and play an active role in developing and motivating your team. This is a hands-on leadership role where visibility on the floor, guest engagement, and leading by example are essential to success.
