Job summary

Citi Belfast is hiring for an Operations professional within Markets Operations, joining a team that supports traders and external clients across the trade lifecycle. The role focuses on clearance, settlement and investigation of transactions, with a Market Operations Training Academy to onboard you.

The job provides exposure to global operations from Belfast's Titanic Quarter and offers a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Management of client trade activity, liaising with traders and clients to resolve any issues
• Contribute to the development of new techniques and improve processes and workflows that will effectively manage risk and service our clients to a high standard
• Helping to maintain a culture and environment where processes, risks and controls are continually monitored and potential risks are escalated on a timely basis
• Prepare reports for senior stakeholders in a timely manner
• Understand impact of applicable regulations on the business area and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met
