Job summary

Citi Belfast Markets Operations welcomes entry-level professionals to join a global financial services team focused on the trade lifecycle. You’ll work with traders, tech teams and clients, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to accurate processing and strong controls.

From day one, you’ll be assigned to functional areas such as Equities Middle Office or FX Operations, with a clear path for career growth and ongoing learning in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, teamwork, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Detail-oriented, with analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with interest in AI tooling, data analysis, process optimization, and automation.
