Job summary

Citi Global Markets in the United Kingdom seeks a Controls Testing professional to join the 1LOD Markets Controls Testing team within the Central Control Organization. The role focuses on planning, executing and reporting control testing across Markets Trading and Sales, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.

You will design tests, challenge control designs, support remediation efforts, and maintain strong relationships with Front Office, Markets Conduct Risk, Compliance and Operational

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Front Office controls testing, internal audits or similar.
• Experience in Markets Sales and Trading activities and related controls.
• Strong understanding of control design assessment and testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report results of control testing covering Markets Trading and Sales businesses.
• Execute controls design and operating effectiveness testing to agreed timelines.
• Maintain high standards and best practice for testing activities and documentation.
• Provide challenge to stakeholders on design and effectiveness of controls.
• Support remediation identified through testing programme.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Markets Conduct Risk, Compliance and Operational Risk.
• Draft impactful summary outputs from the testing programme.
