Job summary

Citi London is seeking full-time analysts to join our Markets team. As an analyst, you’ll rotate across product and function, receive in-depth training to learn the fundamentals, and be paired with mentors to start building a long-term career on the trading floor.

Starting in Summer 2026, you’ll be exposed to Fixed Income, FX, equities and more, with opportunities to shadow desks and develop your market insights while benefiting from a hybrid work arrangement (up to two days at home per week)

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate with strong academic results.
• 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level.
• Interest in Financial Markets and media/degree modules relevant to markets.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse macro and quantitative market information to support the team.
• Develop growth strategies across product lines and prepare client solutions.
• Shadow desks and asset classes to build a broad trading-floor network.
• Increase responsibility and client interaction as you progress.
• Learn liquidity dynamics through market making, risk management and trade execution.
