Pet Drugs Online, part of the inspiring vet care Group, seeks a Marketplace Operations Manager to lead our multi-channel strategy across Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop. This hybrid role in Keynsham focuses on driving revenue growth and profitability while expanding platforms and improving customer experience.

You’ll own listings, pricing, promotions and launches, collaborating with Marketing, Operations and Finance to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day performance of Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and future marketplace channels.

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our marketplace strategy and accelerate growth across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and future marketplace platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketplace professional who thrives on delivering commercial results, spotting growth opportunities, and building successful marketplace channels. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketplace strategy, driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and expanding our presence across established and emerging platforms.

As Marketplace Operations Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of our multi-channel marketplace strategy, ensuring strong commercial performance across all platforms.

• Experience launching new marketplace channels.
• Familiarity with marketplace integrations, feeds, APIs or e-commerce technologies.
• Knowledge of marketplace compliance and regulated product requirements.
