Reports to: Head of eCommerce

About Western International Group (UK) Ltd.

Western International Group (UK) Ltd. is a fast-growing multi-brand consumer goods business behind Geepas and a growing portfolio of home, kitchen, lifestyle and appliance brands across the UK and international markets.

Our eCommerce operation spans Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify DTC, eBay, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces, with a portfolio of 1,000+ SKUs across Home & Kitchen Appliances, Heating & Cooling, Personal Care, Homeware and Outdoor.

As our eCommerce business continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially driven Marketplace Manager to join our team and play a key role in accelerating marketplace growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on Marketplace Manager position for someone who understands that successful marketplace trading is about much more than simply maintaining listings.

Working closely with the Head of eCommerce, you will take ownership of day-to-day marketplace performance, with a particular focus on Amazon, while supporting growth across eBay, TikTok Shop and other marketplace channels.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales, visibility, conversion and profitability through strong catalogue management, marketplace optimisation, promotional planning, competitor analysis and performance reporting.

If you're commercially minded, data-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can see the direct impact of your work, we’d love to hear from you.

Marketplace Trading & Growth
  • Take ownership of day-to-day marketplace trading and performance.
  • Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Support trading across eBay, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.
  • Monitor sales, revenue, margin, conversion, traffic and marketplace KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability and market share.
  • Analyse competitor pricing, promotions, rankings and marketplace activity.
  • Develop and execute promotional and seasonal trading plans, including Prime Day, Black Friday, Christmas and other key events.
  • Support new product launches from catalogue creation through to marketplace go-live.
Listings, Content & Conversion
  • Own product catalogue quality across marketplaces.
  • Optimise titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images and A+ / Enhanced Brand Content.
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve organic visibility.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product ranking and conversion.
  • Support A/B testing of product content and imagery.
  • Monitor customer reviews, ratings and feedback and identify recurring product or quality issues.
  • Work alongside our Amazon PPC/DSP agency, Quartile, to support advertising performance.
  • Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, spend and attributed sales.
  • Identify opportunities to improve advertising efficiency and marketplace profitability.
  • Work with the Head of eCommerce on marketplace budgets and commercial targets.
  • Work closely with warehouse, logistics and purchasing teams to maintain healthy stock availability.
  • Monitor stock-outs, overstock and slow-moving products.
  • Support promotional and clearance strategies where required.
  • Coordinate marketplace fulfilment requirements and resolve operational issues.
  • Prepare regular marketplace performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Track performance against sales and profitability targets.
  • Use data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
  • Work with tools including Excel/Google Sheets, Linnworks and SAP BI.
  • Monitor market and competitor intelligence using tools such as Similarweb and Helium10.
  • Work closely with eCommerce, marketing, warehouse, finance and product teams.
  • Support marketplace expansion and new channel launches.
  • Contribute to wider eCommerce strategy alongside the Head of eCommerce.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and marketplace performance.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can own marketplace performance rather than simply administer marketplace accounts.

  • Experience managing and optimising marketplace product listings.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace trading and commercial KPIs.
  • Experience analysing sales, traffic, conversion and profitability data.
  • Good understanding of PPC, ACOS, TACOS and ROAS.
  • Understanding of marketplace SEO and conversion optimisation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
