Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC invites you to join its Marketing Undergraduate Scheme for 2027. The 12-month placement gives a real insight into professional marketing, with a personalised programme and exposure to diverse marketing specialisms across the group’s brands.

You’ll work with a supportive team and be challenged to think commercially from day one. You should be a penultimate year Marketing undergraduate, aiming for 2:1, with ABB at A-level, and hold a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• On track to achieve at least a 2:1 degree and review of first-year grades.
• ABB grades at A level or above (or equivalent).
• Hold a full and valid UK driver’s licence.
• Role is mobile with regular travel to Head Office in Birmingham.
