Job summary

Funding Circle Ltd. is expanding its Marketing Technology & Operations team in London, blending no-code/low-code platforms with agentic AI to empower the Marketing department and CRM.

As a platforms expert, you will collaborate with engineering to design solutions, roll out features, automate tasks, and maintain scalable data pipelines while ensuring platform health, security, and clear documentation for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an administrator/superuser of enterprise-level marketing systems (marketing automation platform or CDP).
• Experience with data integrations in frontend and backend contexts.
• Passionate about AI/agentic workflows and solving commercial objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as an independent platforms expert for the Marketing domain, guiding solution design with engineering teams.
• Roll out new platform features and enable adoption by self-service users, incorporating them into campaigns and processes.
• Use agentic AI tooling to automate structured tasks and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain scalable, low-code data pipelines between marketing platforms, data sources and reporting tools.
• Monitor and own platform health: identify risks, issues or control weaknesses, and document data and system reliability.
