Job summary

Funding Circle in London is seeking a Marketing Technology & Operations specialist to act as the platforms administrator for marketing tools, roll out features, and build scalable, low-code data pipelines across systems. You will collaborate with engineering to design solutions and enable adoption of new capabilities in campaigns and processes.

You will drive AI-enabled automation, maintain platform health, and support data reliability while working with cross-functional teams to advance

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an administrator/superuser of enterprise marketing systems such as Braze, Iterable or Adobe Campaign.
• Experience with data integrations in frontend and backend contexts.
• Passion for multi-disciplinary problem solving and evolving technologies.
• Experience with AI/agentic workflows or AI agents in marketing platforms.
• Strong skills with Excel or Smartsheets and formulas.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as an independent platforms expert for the Marketing domain and collaborate with engineering on solution design.
• Roll out new platform features and enable adoption across campaigns and processes.
• Use AI tooling to automate structured tasks and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain scalable, low-code data pipelines between marketing platforms, data sources and reporting tools.
• Monitor platform health, document processes, and support data reliability views.
