The Cambridge International School (CIS) in Bratislava is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketer with strong expertise in social media marketing and excellent communication skills.

In this role, the candidate will play a crucial part in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.

Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on the execution of all campaigns.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), from content creation and execution to performance analytics.
• Support the design of marketing materials for both online and printed campaigns, including photography.
• Assist other departments in designing promotional and visual materials (e.g., posters, photos).
• Provide support for marketing events such as open days and partner events.
• Lead the content compilation for the annual Yearbook publications.
• Monitor social media activities to assess public perception of the company’s brand.
• Maintain and update the CIS website and school displays.
• Create and manage the school's Newsletter.
• Assist the sourcing, delivery, and distribution of branded materials (e.g., stationery, merchandise, giveaways).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2).

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office 365 - Advanced.

Experience in the position/sector

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on social media marketing and content marketing.

Number of years of experience

2 years.
