Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing/social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and plan workload.
• Research and write social media posts, blogs and newsletters for clients.
• Monitor social media accounts and engage with audiences on clients' behalf.
• Create artwork for social media and ad hoc client needs.
• Update client websites as required.
• Schedule posts using platform tools or scheduling software.
• Support clients by editing their videos for use on social platforms.

Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Executive

Type: Part time. 20 hours a week over 4-5 days during office hours, Monday to Friday

Location information: Remote, preferably within 20 miles of Frodsham, Cheshire.

Rate of pay: Salary: £25,350.00-£27,300 per year, based on 37.5 FTE

Key responsibilites:

• Manage client accounts: Manage day to day communication, plan own workload and liaise with clients to delivering their social media and marketing plans.
• Content Writing: Researching and writing social media posts(all channels), blogs and newsletters for our clients.
• Social Media Management: Monitoring social media accounts and interacting with others on behalf of clients. Responding to messages.
• Creating Artwork: Creating artwork for social media and any ad hoc artwork requirements from clients.
• Website Updates: Updating client websites.
• Spcial Media Scheduling: Scheduling posts in platform or via a scheduling tool.
• Video Creation and Editing: Supporting clients by editing their videos for use on social media platforms and websites.

About You

To excel in this role, you’ll need to:

• Be customer-service focused with a warm, approachable manner and a proactive attitude.
• Be highly organised, with strong time-management skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on a variety of tasks for different clients, often to tight deadlines.
• Be confident communicating with clients to create plans and clarify instructions or expectations.
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Have excellent creative skills, with confidence in researching and creating marketing/social media content - at least 2 years experience.
• Possess a positive and can-do attitude, with the ability to adapt to the needs of different clients.
