Job summary

The Role

Our client is a modern and growing marketing agency specializing in performance-driven media strategies. They are hiring an Agency Sales Executive to focus on agency partnerships.

  • Handle incoming inquiries from brands and agencies, ensuring quick follow-up and conversion.
  • Proactively reach out to potential agency partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key agency stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Confidently present and pitch solutions, negotiating contracts to secure high-value deals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to final agreement.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate sales data to track progress and forecasts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new digital platforms to refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client success.
  • Identify and maximize opportunities to expand partnerships through additional services.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to grow connections and business leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, user-generated content, or paid media.
  • Experience within influencer marketing or digital marketing, in sales or account management roles.
  • A strong network of contacts within brands that can be approached as potential clients.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to manage sales pipelines.
