Job Title: Marketing & Sales Data Analyst

Salary: Up to £27,000 per year, plus benefits, on-site parking, enhanced pension, potential to earn an annual bonus, and more.

Location: Manchester, UK

Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based

Luxfer Graphic Arts is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Data Analyst to join our Sales and Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' experience in a similar analytical role, though entry-level candidates with a strong aptitude for learning are also encouraged to apply.

This role involves data collection, analysis, and creating engaging marketing content for both new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in creating marketing content for brand recognition, including print and digital materials, presentations, website content, social media posts, press releases, and newsletters.
2. Support the Sales & Marketing team with feedback and ideas for future campaigns.
3. Generate and present monthly sales data reports to the sales team and senior management.
4. Analyze sales data to identify business trends and insights.
5. Develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
6. Provide transactional support using AXIS to ensure business continuity.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical skills to interpret large data sets.
• Attention to detail for accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
• Effective communication skills.
• Creativity in developing marketing content.
• Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Power BI (training will be provided).
• Aptitude for learning new skills quickly.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum: A Levels.
• Desirable: HND or equivalent in Data Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Studies, or related fields with statistical training.

Systems Knowledge:

• AXIS, Power BI (desirable), Microsoft Office Suite.
