Job summary

Gallagher's in-house Marketing Studio invites a Marketing Account Co-ordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will coordinate marketing projects across cross-functional partners and ensure deliverables meet partner needs.

You will partner with Account Managers and Project Managers, define requirements, manage deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed. Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and a proactive, organized approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Adobe Workfront.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and staying organised.
• Strong communication skills to explain ideas clearly and build trust with stakeholders.
• Flexible mindset to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
• A relevant Marketing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Help marketing partners define needs, suggest solutions, and guide them through the creative process.
• Ensure project requirements are clear and deadlines are met.
• Act as a key contact for in-house marketing partners, maintaining open communication.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to prioritise projects and maintain relationships.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements and best practices.
