The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Operations Executive to join our Marketing Operations team. The role focuses on campaign automation, data-driven marketing initiatives, and process optimization.

You will help shape and improve campaign workflows, automations, and processes to boost engagement and conversions across divisions like Retail, Internet Retailing & Payments, Enthusiast, Imago, and Multimodal. Working with the Marketing Operations Manager, you will implement marketing automation strategies that drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support campaign operations by executing, maintaining, and reporting on marketing automation workflows.
  • Streamline campaign processes to reduce manual tasks through automation.
  • Utilize marketing tools to enhance lead qualification, audience engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead management and nurturing strategies.
  • Report on campaign performance using key metrics to identify trends and improvements.
  • Assist with CRO strategies to optimize website and landing page performance via A/B testing.
  • Manage marketing assets, including tagging, naming conventions, and database structure for effective data segmentation and personalization.
  • Work with data teams to run complex queries and segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws like GDPR and PECR, and collaborate on data hygiene initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Group Marketing Operations on best practices, new technologies, and benchmarking.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing roles, especially in marketing or campaign operations, focusing on automation, CRM, and process optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot, Salesforce preferred).
  • Knowledge of CRO tools such as AB Tasty is a plus.
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics like acquisition, conversion, database growth, and engagement.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, PECR, and data privacy regulations.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across teams to drive campaign success.
