The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Operations Executive for our Marketing Operations team. The role focuses on campaign operations, ensuring marketing initiatives are automated, data-driven, and optimized for impact.

You will help shape and refine campaign workflows, automations, and processes to boost engagement and conversions across divisions like Retail, Internet Retailing & Payments, Enthusiast, Imago, and Multimodal. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager, you will implement marketing automation strategies to improve efficiency and support business growth.

This role offers the chance to work with some of the UK’s top brands, including Classic Motors Show, Spirit of Christmas, DTX + UCX, Top Drawer, and others. If you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and are passionate about marketing technology, campaign execution, and process optimization, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support campaign operations by executing, maintaining, and reporting on marketing automation workflows.
  2. Streamline campaign processes to reduce manual tasks through automation.
  3. Use marketing tools to drive lead qualification, engagement, and conversion.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead management and nurturing strategies.
  5. Report on campaign effectiveness using key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Assist with CRO strategies to improve website and landing page performance via A/B testing.
  7. Maintain marketing asset organization, including tagging, naming conventions, and database structure.
  8. Work with data teams on complex queries and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  9. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws like GDPR and PECR, and partner on data hygiene initiatives.
  10. Align with Group Marketing Operations on best practices, new technologies, and benchmarking.

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

  1. Experience in marketing roles, especially in operations or campaign management, focusing on automation, CRM, and process optimization.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data insights into marketing strategies.
  3. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot, Salesforce preferred).
  4. Familiarity with CRO tools like AB Tasty is a plus.
  5. Understanding of operational marketing metrics such as acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
  6. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, PECR).
  7. Ability to collaborate and influence across teams to ensure campaign success.
