This isn’t a back-office reporting role. You’ll be at the heart of our Marketing team—helping us answer big questions, shape smarter campaigns, and drive decision-making with confidence. You’ll own our tools, champion data hygiene, and partner with some of the sharpest minds in growth to ensure every campaign lands with impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver insights that help us understand performance across channels and campaigns — and where to double down.
- Own HubSpot — from data integrity to automation and segmentation, you’ll be our in-house expert.
- Enable strategic decisions by stitching together insights across tools (like Dreamdata) and surfacing what matters.
- Lead our tracking setup across GA4, GTM, and DreamData — ensuring we measure what moves the needle.
- Support lifecycle reporting, making sure we’re always learning from the journey, not just the outcome.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Hard Skills (must-haves)
- HubSpot pro – You know your way around fields, lists, workflows, and dashboards. No onboarding to the tool required.
- Data analysis & visualisation – You can dig into the numbers and make them sing using spreadsheets or a visual layer.
- GA4 & GTM – You’ve set up and managed event tracking, know how data flows through, and can troubleshoot issues.
- Campaign analytics – You understand attribution, funnel stages, and what good performance looks like across paid, organic, and lifecycle campaigns.
Hard Skills (nice-to-haves)
- Experience with Dreamdata or similar B2B attribution tools
- Familiarity with Looker, Power BI, or similar dashboards
- Knowledge of marketing automation beyond HubSpot
