- This position primarily supports marketing efforts for recruiting UK-based international students (Japanese market) to international higher education institutions.

- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content, including posts, blog articles, and email campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Content topics include education, UK universities, services provided, and benefits for students in the UK.

- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant conversations, and engagement opportunities.

- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.

- Assist in developing social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.

- Keep up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media marketing.

- Contribute to expanding the company’s client base by introducing potential clients and networks to develop the business.

- Represent the company by maintaining close contact with school student federations and regional organizations to promote activities.

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing in-person offline marketing activities and events.

- Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by the Managing Manager to support marketing strategies and activities.

Skills and Experiences:

- Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is a plus.

- Background in Marketing or a similar field preferred.

- Positive outlook, excellent interpersonal skills, and prior promotion experience as a campus ambassador are preferred.

- Priority given to leaders of student unions, societies, associations, and those with campus part-time team experience.

- Proven ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make judgments.

- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

- Creative thinking capable of generating original marketing campaign concepts.

Remuneration and Benefits:

- Part-time position (~20 hours/week).
