About the team

Our EMEA Marketing team aims to engage key audiences through impactful campaigns and events, driving growth in Stripe’s solutions. UK Marketing collaborates closely with sales and other teams across customer segments and lifecycle stages, providing a great opportunity to influence Stripe’s business.

What you’ll do

As part of the EMEA Marketing team, you will craft and execute enterprise marketing strategies for the UK, building strong relationships with sales teams to drive user outcomes. You will lead field marketing programs to generate high-quality leads, sales pipeline, and revenue, shaping the local fintech market and elevating the marketing team at Stripe.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategies across customer segments, collaborating with sales and professional services.
• Manage key business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel and customer retention.
• Lead local customer marketing initiatives, including case studies and speaking engagements.
• Partner with demand generation and product marketing to refine targeting, segmentation, and content creation.
• Implement comprehensive marketing plans, including digital campaigns, events, ABM, and brand amplification through case studies.
• Measure and optimize program performance, sharing results and best practices.
• Innovate in advising diverse enterprise personas on Stripe’s value.

Who you are

Minimum requirements include:

• 7+ years in B2B marketing within the UK Enterprise Technology sector, with experience in content localization, event management, field marketing, ABM, and demand campaigns.
• Proven success in executing strategies that meet funnel metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.
• Experience creating tailored marketing experiences for varied customer segments.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Experience leveraging agency and contractor resources.
• Understanding of CRM/Salesforce, ABM, event marketing, and email tactics.
